Shipping Information

Shipping is free for any order to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Contact us about orders to Alaska and Canada—we can deliver there, but shipping will cost extra.

Small orders (a single night stand or end table, for example) will be carefully and securely packed in a box and delivered by FedEx or UPS.

Larger orders will be shipped by freight carrier. The furniture will either be blanket wrapped for protection or professionally packed on a shipping pallet, and delivered to you curbside, by truck. Our shipper will call you to arrange a delivery time, and you will be responsible for carrying the furniture inside your home. This may involve lifting the furniture from the back of the truck, removing and disposing of all strapping and packing materials, including the pallet, and doing some light assembly (usually attaching legs to a table top with a wrench—nothing so complex that it requires instructions).

The freight carrier can provide lift gate service for $75. In this case, the truck will arrive with a lift gate that can lower the furniture to sidewalk level, so you don't have to remove it from the back of the truck.

The freight carrier can also provide white glove service for an additional $250. With this service, the delivery team will unload your furniture from the truck, carefully remove all packaging and wrapping, carry your order inside the house to its proper place, perform any light assembly and take all packing material with them. You will need to arrange for white glove service when you complete your order at checkout.
